Ordering
To place a Baby K'tan wholesale order, log in using the Customer Log-In and place your order. If you do not have a log-in, please contact us by email sales@babyktan.com, by calling us at 954-889-3502, or by faxing us at 954-239-1038. We are happy to help you with the process. All orders not entered via “Customer Log-In” will incur a $10 surcharge.

Minimum Orders
Minimum order is $150. Price breaks start at 20 pieces. Colors and sizes may be mixed.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, bank/wire transfers, and COD.

Shipping
Baby K'tan ships via FEDEX Ground in the US and USPS in Canada (unless requested otherwise). For drop ship orders, there is the standard fee not including shipping charges. If you need an order expedited, please specify. All orders will be filled within 24-72 hours of receipt of order.

Backorders
We are occasionally out of stock on Baby K’tan colors and sizes. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders as ready and backorder any items not in stock. We will automatically send your backordered items when available.
