Our secure website is hosted by Yahoo online stores and is available 24 hours a day; however orders will be processed & shipped on business days only. Orders received after 4pm will be processed on the next business day. We take pride in shipping out all orders received Monday through Friday within 24-72 hours of ordering. Please allow an additional 10-14 days for embroidery.

Within the United States:All customers will receive an automatic email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. This email will contain a link to your order status page online. Once shipped, you can access your shipping and tracking information (tracking information may not be available for all shipping methods) via your order status page. Customers that purchase their Baby K’tan carrier through any retail or E-commerce store outside of the Baby K’tan website should direct their refund or exchange questions to the respective entity where the carrier was purchased
If purchased directly through the Baby K'tan website, please contact us to obtain an RMA Number (Return Manufacturers Authorization) before shipping your carrier back to Baby K'tan, LLC.
If you wish to exchange your Baby K'tan Baby Carrier for a different size, simply send the carrier back to us within 30 days of your purchase (must be in good condition, complete with original components and in its original packaging). All other items purchased through our e-commerce store which you wish to exchange must be sent back to us within 14 days (must be in good condition, complete with original components and in its original packaging).
Please be aware that the Baby K’tan Baby Carrier is 100% cotton knit. Our carriers are meant to fit snugly to allow for stretching. Accordingly, before you exchange your carrier for a larger size, you should try stretching it a bit to "wear it in." After about 15 minutes of use, your Baby K’tan should stretch to fit you more appropriately.
IF, after trying these tips, there is still a sizing issue, please contact Baby K’tan to obtain your RMA number before shipping the carrier back to Baby K’tan.
Washing and drying your carrier will not affect your exchange.
When shipping your carrier back to Baby K’tan, make sure to include a copy of your order confirmation, as well as your RMA number and new carrier size request, in your shipment. Baby K'tan, LLC is not responsible for covering any shipping costs.
As soon as your carrier arrives, we will exchange your carrier for the requested size and ship it back to you via FedEx ground. Please allow 1-3 business days from the time your exchange is received for it to be processed and shipped.
Please be aware that items do tend to get lost in the mail, therefore, we strongly recommend that you ship your carrier back to us with some form of delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for any carriers that do not reach us.
We can accept exchanges on web sales only. Personalized/monogrammed carriers cannot be exchanged.

If you are still not completely satisfied with your Baby K'tan Baby Carrier, simply send the carrier back to us within 30 days in like-new condition (Baby K'tan, LLC retains the right to determine like-new condition) for a full refund less shipping and handling. All other items purchased through our e-commerce store which you wish to return must be sent back to us within 14 days in like-new condition. We can accept returns on web sales only.
