You have 30 days to return or exchange your carrier (personalized carriers cannot be exchanged or returned). Hereís how:
- Make sure itís in like-new condition with carrier, sash, manual & box included (Baby K'tan may determine like-new condition).
- Email email@example.com or call 866.937.5826 to obtain an RMA number (we'll need your name & order number).
- We will either provide a return slip or request that you write your RMA number visibly on the outside of the package and also on a slip of paper inside the package. If exchanging, please include your new size/color request as well.
- Mail us your carrier. Note: We are not responsible for packages that get lost in transit!
Baby K'tan, LLC is not responsible for covering shipping costs and can not refund previous shipping charges. Exchanges and returns will be processed within 2-4 business days from the time they are received. Exchanges will ship via Ground (within the U.S.). Returns will receive a refund for the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
Bought from an authorized Baby K'tan Retailer?
Customers that purchase their Baby K’tan Carrier through any retail or E-commerce store outside of the Baby K’tan website should direct their refund or exchange questions to the store where the carrier was purchased.
Baby K'tan stands behind the quality of its products. The Baby K'tan carrier has a lifetime warranty and Baby K'tan will replace any product if found defective in material workmanship.
If you have a defective item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide in writing a description of the defect, as well as digital pictures as evidence, along with an original receipt with the date of purchase. At that time, Baby K'tan, LLC will evaluate each individual situation. If it is a true defect, we will provide you with an RMA number. Please do not send us anything without an RMA number.
