RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction with your Baby K'tan please contact us prior to returning or exchanging your carrier; We can often offer a solution that will help! Call toll free: 866-937-5826


Before shipping your carrier back to us, please contact us to obtain an RMA Number (Return Manufacturers Authorization).

We are happy to accept returns/exchanges on Baby K'tan items which were purchased from www.babyktan.com within 30 days of purchase and that are in like-new condition (Baby K'tan, LLC retains the right to determine like-new condition). Personalized carriers cannot be exchanged or returned. When shipping your carrier back to Baby K’tan, please enclose the carrier, sash, instruction manual and packaging. Please also include a copy of your order confirmation, your RMA number and your new carrier size/color request (if exchanging). Baby K'tan, LLC is not responsible for covering any shipping costs and can not refund previous shipping charges. Exchanges and returns will be processed within 1-3 business days from the time they are received. Exchanges will ship via FedEx Ground (within the U.S.). Returns will receive a refund for the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

You may send your return/exchange via any shipping method; however, please be aware that items do tend to get lost in the mail, and we cannot be responsible for any carriers that do not reach us.

Customers that purchase their baby K’tan carrier through any retail or E-commerce store outside of the Baby K’tan website should direct their refund or exchange questions to the respective entity where the carrier was purchased.
